We’re searching for a regular, full-time Recruitment Researcher to join the team!  This position works daylight hours, Monday through Friday, in a hybrid work model.

The Recruitment Researcher will provide overall recruitment support to members of the Talent Acquisition team. They’ll be responsible for generation of candidates for various positions throughout UPMC as well as creating a pipeline of passive candidates for high-need areas.  Additionally, they’ll help post positions, review applications, schedule candidate interviews, and coordinate recruitment events.

Responsibilities:

• Qualifying candidate calls.
• Data entry for proactive candidate pipeline database.
• Document creation for the Talent Acquisition team.
• Research professional associations, networking groups, websites, etc.
• Candidate generation through online sourcing.
• Assist in the development and execution of Talent Acquisition events.
• Employee referral management.
