Job description

Titile: Marketing and Communications Technology Manager -Category: Business Analyst II
Location: Hybrid Role

Scope of Work

This role will provide general knowledge and expertise in Salesforce, Sprout Social, Drupal CMS, and Google Analytics, and help define and develop modifications, design and document enhancements, test and verify new deliverables, and train users on new features and functions. In addition, the role must also ensure that PUBLIC SECTOR CLIENT's Project Management Office (PMO) processes are followed. User support is provided by an existing Salesforce Administrator, but this role may also provide limited support for PUBLIC SECTOR CLIENT users.

In addition, PUBLIC SECTOR CLIENT is seeking help in project-based work. This role will work directly with the Supervisor, Business Systems Operations (Web Services), business users and consultants to design and implement enhancements, test, and resolves existing issues.

Functional Responsibility

Tasks will be assigned as required. Depending on the specific tasks, consultants may be required to perform a range of activities including but not limited to:

* Function as a point of contact for the District's MarTech user base.

* Coordination for Salesforce CRM related projects or process improvement initiatives, including the creation of project charters and other project management documentation.

* Coordination for Salesforce Marketing Cloud related projects or process improvement initiatives, including the creation of project charters and other project management documentation.

* Coordination for other MarTech related projects or process improvement initiatives, including the creation of project charters and other project management documentation.

* Create and document application requirements by working with those involved in the development of program enhancements and changes, including outside consultants as needed.

* Ensure the District is maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the system based the District's needs.

* Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help-related materials for users.

* Coordinate the software testing and deployment process.

* Keep application users informed about ongoing system functionality and enhancements.

* Log and track identified system problems through resolution.

* Work with management to improve analytic dashboards and reporting.

* Monitor and review technology service requests within an existing project portfolio and service help desk pool to prioritize and execute technology directives.

* Provide input on how best to use MarTech tools or additional configurations.

* Provide user training on new functionality.

* Provide overall leadership for the successful implementation of projects and operational improvements to achieve customer and business objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

* 5 years of Professional IT experience with at least two (2) years providing services and consulting for the quality and delivery of products and services for a project or subtask within a larger program

* 4 years of Salesforce CRM experience

* 2 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience

* 2 years of Sprout Social experience (or equivalent software)

* 2 years of Drupal CMS experience (or equivalent software)

* 2 years of Google Analytics experience (or equivalent software)

* Excellent communication skills

* Knowledge in Agile methodologies

* Experience working with public agencies a plus
