7AM-4PM MONDAY-FRIDAY

As a Staffing Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative support and be responsible for the comprehensive scheduling of staff within our community. Your role will involve maintaining regulatory records, facilitating efficient operations, ensuring optimal staffing levels across shifts, and serving as a key communication point for scheduling.

Essential Job Functions:

• Develop, implement, and maintain scheduling systems and procedures to ensure optimal staffing levels.
• Assist in staffing functions and other duties as requested by the Director of Assisted Living or Health Services Director.
• Maintain regulatory and accreditation-related records as per policies, state and federal regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Support the day-to-day operational efficiency of the Assisted Living Program, with a specific focus on effective and efficient scheduling of staff to ensure coverage meets the needs of our residents.
• Act as a communication liaison in the absence of key directors.
• Prepare and dispatch reports promptly.
• Manage and safely store all management and resident records.

Required Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in administrative tasks, with a strong emphasis on scheduling responsibilities.
• Strong computer and communication skills.
• Professional demeanor with a commitment to confidentiality.
• Passionate about improving seniors' lives and aligned with Senior Star's mission.
