O Bee Credit Union is looking for a Contact Center Representative to work full time Monday-Friday at our Administrative building in Lacey, WA. This position is not hybrid or remote. This position provides a variety of account related services to members via phone and email to include service and transaction processing, account maintenance and online banking support, answering questions and troubleshooting. Works toward and assists in the positive image and growth of the credit union.

Our credit union is deeply rooted in the communities that we serve. The branch teams volunteer at community events including parades, beer festivals, and music events. All staff are encouraged to volunteer for other worthy causes like the local food banks and homeless shelters and are provided 25 hours paid time per year to make this happen. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma or a GED.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• A good understanding of basic math, spelling, reading, and letter writing principles.
• Must be able to pass a background and credit check.
• Previous financial institution experience preferred.
• Previous Symitar experience preferred.
