Job description

We are looking for a Controls Engineer with expertise in SCADA/PLC systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and troubleshooting control systems for industrial automation and process control systems. This role requires an individual who is a control expert with experience working with UL508A products such as Logix, Studio5000, FactoryTalk, VTSCADA, Ignition, Rockwell Automation, and RSLogix. This position requires the ability to develop and design software, HMI/GUI panels, and create programming logic.

Position Overview: The Controls Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining control systems for industrial automation and process control systems. This role requires a candidate who is a control expert with experience working with UL508A products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development, panel design, HMI/GUI development, and programming logic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain control systems for industrial automation and process control systems.
• Develop software, HMI/GUI panels, and create programming logic.
• Work with UL508A products such as Logix, Studio5000, FactoryTalk, VTSCADA, Ignition, Rockwell Automation, and RSLogix.
• Utilize communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, and TCP/IP.
• Integrate programs with third-party software packages.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to control systems.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for all projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience working with control systems.
• Strong knowledge of UL508A products such as Logix, Studio5000, FactoryTalk, VTSCADA, Ignition, Rockwell Automation, and RSLogix Benefits
