About Us:
Our team is dedicated to leveraging data-driven insights to drive strategic decision-making and foster growth. We are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) experience and proficiency in Tableau. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in providing analytical support for our financial and operational planning processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking; analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.
- Conduct scenario analysis and advise on the financial impact of strategic decisions.
- Utilize Tableau to develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insights into key data and metrics.
- Work closely with the marketing team to analyze and report on campaign performance and customer engagement metrics through HubSpot.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and streamline budgeting processes, incorporating business insights and recommendations into the financial planning process.
- Improve upon existing financial planning and analysis procedures to enhance forecasting accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate financial insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making support.
- Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in FP&A practices, Tableau analytics, and HubSpot functionalities to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business analyst role, with a strong focus on FP&A.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau for creating comprehensive dashboards and reports.
- Experience with HubSpot, particularly in analyzing marketing and sales data.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial principles.
