The Role: Vice President of Solutions (VPS)

Are you ready to define business and growth strategies that will shape the future? As our VPS, you'll be instrumental in developing key strategies to solve critical problems and driving them to success through your leadership and management skills.

Responsibilities:

Define and drive strategic goals and initiatives for all solutions.
Encourage growth, innovation, and collaboration to ensure high-performance teams.
Ensure synchronization of customer discovery to identify macro-trends across our customer base.
Communicate strategic purpose and focus for solution development.
Act as a subject matter expert, sharing best practices across the company and customer base.
Foster relationships with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of strategy and service delivery.
Collaborate with delivery and operations teams to meet customer requirements.
Influence future business strategy at the leadership and executive levels.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and vendors.
Represent the company at events, conferences, and other functions.
Provide coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities to enhance team skills.
Maintain an atmosphere of respect, mutual support, flexibility, continuous learning, good humor, and commitment to business goals.
Establish and maintain relationships, effectively communicating with customers and senior management.
Requirements:

Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
15+ years of directly related experience, including 5+ years of people management.
Entrepreneurial experience managing multiple functions of an operation.
Proven success driving strategy in a comparable environment.
Expertise in solution development from inception to market.
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
Proven track record of hiring and developing high-performing teams.
Ability to collaborate with and influence executive leadership.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across all levels of leadership and management.
Travel Requirements:
Periodic travel for collaboration and alignment.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:
Hybrid work schedule, working 1-2 days per week in our HQ office in Falls Church, VA. Reliable internet access for remote work.

Salary: $ 88,000.00 Per Year
