Job description
Accountabilities: Reports to the Director, Operations, role is accountable for Order Processing, Fulfillment, Inventory mgmt. & Complaint Mgmt. This is onsite 5 days a week Operations role where the candidate will be cross trained across multiple functions, a great opportunity to gain experience on all aspects within Medical Device Operations.

Experience & Credentials
- 0-2 year of experience (Ideally this candidate has worked in medical device manufacturing or similar industries within Operations specifically)
- College Degree Preferred
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and knowledge of use of a pallet jack
- Previous experience in Fulfillment and/or Inventory Management and RMAs is desired
- Adaptive learner and ability to navigate through the CRM – Salesforce and Fishbowl Inventory Processing System (prior knowledge of both systems not required)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Execute Distribution and Receiving/Tracking incoming inventory from Contract Manufacturers, Customers, Vendors, and other Shipping Carriers while maintaining DHF standards using Inventory Management Software system and other SOP standards
- Facilitate material handling, picking, packing, and shipping of product to customers using Inventory Management Software system – this includes special packing requirements for various products lines
- Manage and perform battery reconditioning cycles for devices while in inventory
- Perform physical Inventory Counts on as needed basis
- Assist with the maintenance of order history for DHR by performing asset assignment, file manipulation and scanning of documentation into database when deemed necessary
- Assist with the coordination and execution of all shipments to all shipping carriers
- Coordinate along with Inventory Specialist to maintain a neat and organized Inventory/Fulfillment area in case of random audit by following SOPs. Includes the break down and recycling of all cardboard boxes and removal of garbage from common areas
- Assist with the RMA process through Complaint SOPs, tracking of RMAs from customers through to repair at CMs as well as notify Order Processing team of ability to ship replacement units
- Additional Operation Department tasks as assigned
- Must maintain strict confidentiality and uphold HIPPA guidelines
- Assist with Order Processing from initial order receipt through shipment by processing through Fishbowl Software
