Job Summary:
As our Construction Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in leading project teams to success. Your main responsibilities will include overseeing project timelines, budgets, and client satisfaction. From coordinating logistics to ensuring top-notch quality control, you'll be at the heart of multiple exciting projects.

What We're Looking For:

Strong purchasing and expediting skills
Ability to effectively coordinate subcontractors and vendors
Previous experience in project management is essential
Keen eye for inspection and quality control
Experience in design/build projects is a definite plus
Outstanding communication and leadership abilities
Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with teams from a distance
Experience in federal and commercial contracting environments preferred
Education and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience (minimum 10 years as an APM or Superintendent)
Project Management certification (PMP) is preferred but not mandatory
