We collaborate with general contractors and other subcontracted partners to efficiently and economically execute projects, freeing owners and developers to concentrate on their priorities. Regardless of the scale of the project, our utmost emphasis always remains our enthusiasm for the work and dedication to our partners, even on more intricate projects with rigorous timetables.- 2-5 years of industrial/ commercial sitework, grading, underground utility experience
- Read, analyze, and comprehend complex plans, specifications, instructions, contracts/subcontracts, correspondence, and memos
- Effectively use software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, etc.) and Bluebeam
- Experience in HCSS Heavy Bid, HCSS Heavy Job, and Topcon GPS systems preferred
A salary of 80-105K-
