Acadiana Management Group, LLC dba AMG,Integrated Healthcare Management (AMG), an employee-owned company isseeking a highly motivated and dedicated full-time Director of EmployeeOwnership to focus on key initiatives and programs that are aligned with theorganizationâ€'s goals and objectives, as a 100% employee-owned company. Our company operates successful post-acute hospitals in several states. Theposition is essential to the companyâ€'s success by partnering alongside hospitalleadership, corporate clinical leadership, and human resources to recruit,retain, support, and educate employees and potential employees on the benefitsof Employee Ownership and long tenured employment with AMG.

The Director of Employee Ownership will chairthe companyâ€'s ESOP Ambassador Committee comprised of representatives from eachhospital entity and meet with the committee by Zoom on a regular basis, as wellas travel to each hospital location a minimum of twice annually to completefurther ESOP and continued Employee Ownership education.Theposition is considered a valuable resource for all AMG hospitals and isbased in Lafayette, LA AMG Corporate office.


Responsibilities also include:
• Participateon behalf of AMG membership in the ESOP Association, a national tradeassociation representing companies with Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs).
• Workwith operations on social media and forums promoting ESOP ownership.
• Assistwith and participate in clinical job/career fairs as availability allows forclinical recruitment for AMG hospitals.
• Networkand build relationships with local nursing schools in hospital markets andother valuable local resources for recruiting clinicians.
• Educatecurrent and new employees on Employee Ownership and AMGâ€'s ESOP
• Developand deploy Employee Engagement and Satisfaction plan.
• Continuouslyeducate current and new employees to promote employee satisfaction, stability,and improved performance.
• Fostera collaborative and supportive work environment by aligning employee interestswith company interests.

Requirements

Education:
• Bachelorâ€'sdegree in Business Management, Marketing, Healthcare profession or relatedfield
• Minimum3+ years' experience in marketing, recruiting, and/or healthcare field
• Experiencein and knowledge of healthcare/clinical field

Desired Knowledge & Skills:
• Detailedcomputer knowledge.
• Experiencewith employee benefit plans
• Possesspositive, excellent interpersonal and human relation skills.
• Provenability to plan and manage operational process for maximum efficiency andproductivity
