The Housing Operations Coordinator reports to the Assistant Director of Residential Life & Housing for Housing Operations and is a student-centered, collaborative, and intentional educator who supports the enactment of a comprehensive and inclusive on-campus residential student experience. The Housing Operations Coordinator partners closely with staff in RLH and other campus partners to assist in developing and administering housing operations and assignments. The Office of Residential Life & Housing collaborates with Clark students and campus partners to create a student-focused residential community that is inclusive, equitable, and safe. In support of that mission, the Housing Operations Coordinator provides support to the management of housing assignments, meal plan additions and changes, new student housing placement, and returning student room selection; the Housing Operations Coordinator communicates with students and families regarding applying, contracting, billing, canceling, and vacating housing assignments.

The Housing Operations Coordinator also supports the Director of Residential Life & Housing with budget stewardship, including revenue generation; billing processes with Student Accounts; vendor contract management (washer/dryers, dining, micro-fridges); and partner projects with Facilities Management, such as residence hall damage assessment and billing, as well as refresh/building updates. As a live-on professional, the Housing Operations Coordinator also participates in the RLH on-call rotation in support of student emergency response.
