Summit Fire Protection , a subsidiary of Summit Companies, is a premier firm in the Fire Protection and Fire Life Safety industry with offices throughout the Midwest.

We are currently seeking a  Fire Alarm Technician  to join our team in our  Saginaw, Michigan (Freeland) office with focus on fire detection & alarm service and inspections.

We are also hiring in Flint and Lansing areas as well.

The successful candidate will be dependable and capable of inspecting, servicing, and maintaining various types of fire detection, fire alarm, and other similar low voltage systems.

Experience

5+ Years in Fire Alarm, Security, Access Control, CCTV. Troubleshooting and installation of these systems. Knowledgeable in using standard computer programs such as Microsoft word, excel, and outlook. Works well with computers and keeps up with technology. Capable of lifting 50+lbs. Able to work 8+ hours a day and drive 2-4 hours single direction. Experience with BDA systems.
