Job description
GovFirst is currently seeking multiple Administrative Assistants to support our client in Baltimore Maryland.
This position will be a hybrid role, with two days in the office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following job duties:
- Analyze and interpret data as it relates to our clients Administrative Services to include Operations, Fiscal, Appeals, Legislative Services, and IT.
- Assists the Program Manager with research, and compiles data at the direction of the Program Manager. Analyzes and interprets the data with the Director and other program heads.
- Prepares statistical tables, charts and reports, and other spreadsheets. Reconcile vendor invoices submitted for payment.
- Assist the Program Manager with the formulation and distribution of the individual and group weekly meeting agendas and minutes.
- Analyze and interpret data
- Assists with research and compiling data.
- Enter and track provider information for Medicaid renewals.
- Prepares statistical tables, charts and reports, and other spreadsheets
- Formulation and distribution of weekly meeting agendas and minutes.
- Logging information in a google form or spreadsheet for tracking purposes.
- Assists with collecting, filing, and tracking daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements.
- Research and compile data.
- Assists with statistical tables, charts and reports, work-flow charts, staffing 4 patterns and organizational charts, etc
- Assist with the formulation and distribution of weekly meeting agendas and minutes

· Work Authorization: US Citizen
· Work Experience : 2 Years of Admin experience.
· Good Communications Skills: Someone that is personable, a fast-learner, very punctual with a can do attitude.
