By joining our established highway design team in New York, you’ll have the chance to work on exciting and engaging transportation infrastructure projects utilizing your design expertise to lead and mentor others.   Your leadership will be used to grow the technical knowledge of the transportation team and build relationships with our clients.  You will be empowered to make decisions knowing you have the full support of the Jacobs team.  Through this assignment, you will be exposed to many different opportunities to grow your career at Jacobs.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Transportation Focus)
• Substantial post graduate professional years of related experience in transportation work with an emphasis on infrastructure projects
• Professional Engineer License (PE)
• Previous Department of Transportation (DOT), County or Municipal experience
• Strong MicroStation InRoads, OpenRoads and ConceptStation proficiency and/or Civil 3D background.  
• Strong mathematical, analytical, time management skills

Ideally, you’ll also have:
• Experience with multi-discipline infrastructure engineering design and construction projects
