Job Description:
We are hiring administrative, customer-service-oriented individuals for part-time contract roles working with ADM’s recruitment / Talent Acquisition team as a Candidate Care Coordinators. P articipate in local community and school events to support branding/ advertising opportunities with ADM, building interest in ADM as an employer. This could require occasional weekend and evening coverage of events such as the local community events, high school recruiting events, etc. Ranging from 20 hours to 29 hours per week – based on business needs dictate.
This role works with our candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers to support various aspects of the end-to-end recruitment process- from responding to candidates expressing interest in roles to scheduling to supporting the onboarding process. There is an opportunity to move across the various types of hiring we support- from campus recruitment to experienced professional hiring to hiring for our production roles in our manufacturing facilities. These will start as contractor positions, paid through our Agile One vendor partnership and may convert to becoming ADM part time employees. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in human resources and recruiting.
The individuals for these roles will have excellent communication skills, a positive demeanor, strong attention to detail and enjoy multi-tasking and learning new processes.
This is an opportunity to:
Establish a foundational level of knowledge regarding ADM’s staffing philosophies and processes
Gain exposure and build relationships with recruiters and hiring managers throughout the organization

Streamline processes for efficiencies
Learn new technologies like Indeed.com, social media postings on LinkedIn, text to apply tools, etc.
Job Responsibilities:
Facilitate the recruiting process by providing support to a team of recruiters across multiple lines of business.
Generate job postings based on job descriptions and specific hiring manager needs
Schedule candidate interviews and coordinate travel arrangements, when necessary
Assist in project work focused on implementing tools and capabilities that will allow the Staffing team to support the business with faster processes and high confidence candidates.
Support interview teams with logistics as needed (ex: helping schedule career fairs)
Job Requirements:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and standard Microsoft Applications (excel) required. expertise in PowerPoint is preferred; Power BI is a plus
Must be able to manage multiple priorities in an organized fashion and work well under pressure
Demonstrated sound decision-making ability and problem-solving
Excellent teamwork skills
Show creativity with a desire to learn and grow
Must demonstrate adaptability, confidentiality, and strong communication skills
Experience working with an applicant tracking system is a plus but not a requirement.
