Position Details
Salem Health Hospitals & Clinics is seeking a Gastroenterology Medical Director to help lead our gastroenterology program. Our primary objective is to assemble a dedicated team of GI providers with a desire to build a practice and foster relationships, reinforcing our focus on meeting the diverse needs of the general community.
Salem Health offers a competitive salary based on national benchmarks guaranteed for up to the first two (2) years of hire, transitioning to a productivity-based compensation model thereafter, or sooner if desired following 12-months of hire.
