This position is directly responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, preparing and serving meals, and cleaning the kitchen and dining areas. This position performs a variety of daily tasks to accomplish the mission of the dietary services department in a clean, safe, and organized manner. Must be able to interact professionally with residents, visitors, and co-workers at all times.
