THE ROLE:
As the Manager, Data Analytics Enablement , you will play a pivotal role in crafting our data & Analytics culture and driving the strategic use of analytics across the organization.
We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Data and Analytics Enablement Manager to join our diverse team. As the Data and Analytics Enablement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful integration and deployment of data & Analytics technologies across our organization. This position requires a deep understanding of data & Analytics technologies, solid project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of Analytics initiatives.
HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Analytics enablement program aligned with business goals and objectives, on an enterprise-wide level.
- Lead, handle and provide mentorship and leadership to a team of data management, and Analytics professionals, which includes recruitment, training, and mentoring to ensure the success of all team members and to and cultivate a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Collaborate with business leaders and collaborators to identify and address Analytics requirements that can scale enterprise-wide and meet their specific needs.
- Lead the development and implementation of governance policies, procedures, and standards for Analytics enablement, ensuring that ethical, responsible, and secure data practices are followed.
- Drive the development and implementation of Analytics strategies, frameworks, and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standard methodologies.
- Handle relationships with external vendors and industry guides to remain updated with the latest industry trends and standard methodologies in Analytics enablement.
- Facilitate the adoption of Analytics solutions across the organization, promoting data literacy, developing training programs, and working with multi-functional teams to identify data driven decision-making opportunities.
- Establish metrics and performance indicators to measure the efficiency and impact of Analytics initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to key collaborators.
- Scale Analytics by building a solid process, framework, and modern technical foundations, with a focus on crafting Analytics awareness around the organization.
- Ensure successful implementation of Analytics solutions and its adoption.
- Develop and launch an Analytics Enablement platform that enables self-service and provides support for businesses.
- Empower employees with valuable insights through easy access to Analytics solutions and with self service capabilities, to mature data culture.

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- Experience in a leadership role in a large global enterprise with proven track record to communicate optimally and influence multi-functional teams

- Demonstrable experience in launching AI technologies, such as natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or deep learning, to drive business outcomes.
- Solid grasp of data governance, data management, and data privacy principles, with experience in implementing data governance frameworks.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to encourage and empower a team with multi-layered strengths of data scientists, analysts, and engineers.
- Outstanding project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, lead resources, and deliver results within defined timelines and budgets.
- Superb communication and presentation skills, with the ability to optimally convey sophisticated analytical concepts and insights to both technical and non-technical team members.
- Good eye for business and critical thinking, with the ability to align Analytics initiatives with organizational goals and find opportunities for value.

Experience:
- 9+ years of relevant work experience in Data and Analytics
Education:
Master’s degree in data, analytics, computer science or equivalent
