Description of Work:

Perform administrative coordination and office support for NAA staff. Duties include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, managing front reception desk. Including scheduling coverage for front desk; researching and reconciling all of NAA accounts. Invoicing, tracking payments; maintaining office, purchasing office supplies; word processing, filing, and scanning. Apply extensive computer and strong communication skills. Self-starter and regular attendance is an essential function.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

Associate's degree plus 2 years of relevant experience in an office setting in an accounting and/or receptionist role required; equivalent education/experience considered. Basic accounting and computer knowledge necessary. Must have ability to mulit-task effectively. Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills; both oral and written, essential. Ability to research problems/issues and provide or act on solutions required. Must have discretion in dealing with matters of a confidential nature.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Posted Salary: $19.231/hr minimum
