```Overview:```
We are seeking a dedicated Interventionist to join our team. Your focus will be to deliver effective intervention services for Pre-Kindergarten through grade 12 students with delays or disabilities who are failing or at-risk of failing.
As an Interventionist, you will work closely with students to provide targeted support and interventions to help them succeed academically and behaviorally. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students and contribute to their educational growth.
```Duties:```
- Collaborate with teachers and administrators to identify students in need of intervention
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans based on student needs
- Provide direct instruction and support to students in small group or one-on-one settings
- Utilize instructional design principles and learning technology to enhance intervention strategies
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Support students in developing essential skills in areas such as literacy, math, and behavior management.
- Use a variety of assessment tools to measure student growth and identify areas for improvement
- Maintain accurate records of student data and intervention outcomes
- Communicate regularly with teachers, agency, parents/guardians regarding student progress
```Experience:```
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
- Experience working with children, particularly in a classroom setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Strong instructional design skills and ability to create engaging learning materials
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom environment and address behavior challenges
- Conflict management skills to handle difficult situations with students or parents
