Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated entry-level Machine Operator to join our team and assist in CNC operations and marketing initiatives. Tasks will include assisting our Project Engineer with machine operations and performing maintenance on our BIESSE Rover CNC machine. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow within our dynamic construction environment.
Requirements:
- No prior experience necessary, but familiarity with exterior cladding, ACM, and CNC is advantageous.
- Ability to assist in lifting heavy panels of ACM onto the CNC machine.
- Proficiency or willingness to learn computer software programs such as BSuite.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required to facilitate communication with our diverse clientele and team.
- High school diploma required; a university degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in CNC machine operations for precision cutting and shaping of exterior cladding materials.
- Collaborate with our Project Engineer to estimate project costs, materials, and labor.
- Aid in marketing efforts by contributing to outreach strategies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients, utilizing bilingual skills as necessary.
- Come into work with a positive attitude and ready to collaborate with our team.
Skills and Certifications:
- Basic knowledge or willingness to learn about exterior cladding and ACM.
- Proficiency in the BSuite software for CNC operations, you will be trained in this area if you have no experience.
- Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the construction industry.
