We are cutting edge software company in the manufacturing space. Our platform serves many clients across the globe throughout the food and beverage industries. We designed software to offer complete data collection, processing, safety and management. Through this, we have cut costs and improved efficiency.

We are continuing to grow and now looking to add an Implementation Specialist to the mixture. You will be an integral part of the team, providing onsite and online training of the software and processes to end users and assisting with client support issues and troubleshooting, The right candidate will be an expert in software implementation, specifically within manufacturing and food processing.

What You Will Be Doing

- Leading and managing software implementation projects
- Providing onsite and online training of software and processes
- Assisting with client support issues and troubleshooting
- Developing data analytics and KPI's

What You Need for this Position

At least 5 years of experience;
- Food Processing
- Manufacturing
