Job description
Vaco Los Angeles is partnering with a manufacturing company who is currently looking for a motivated Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team
The role will be primarily assisting with maintaining the full cycle of the accounts payable process, while applying the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Our client offers a flex start time, onsite 5-days per week with an environment that promotes a healthy and culturally inclusive environment

This is a Direct Hire position
Responsibilities: - Process and track invoices in a timely manner using 3-way and 2-way match
- Cross functional department communication for vendor account and aging updates
- New vendor set up and maintenance
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing
- Ensure compliance with company policies
Qualifications: - +2 years of full cycle AP processing
- Demonstrated experience with bank and credit card reconciliation
- 2-way and 3-way matching experience
- ERP systems experience a plus
- Excel knowledge with creating Pivot Tables and Vlookups
