Job description
We are looking for an energetic and collaborative accounting manager with a strong public company or large company background to join a highly regarded, fortune 500 company. The position will be a 60% accounting work and 40% financial planning and analysis work in addition to managing a team of 3 direct reports.

Ideal Profile: - CPA/CMA license completed or in the works of pursuing required
- 4-5 years of finance and accounting experience required
- BS in Accounting/Finance required
- Experience working in a large company environment in a plus
- Construction, manufacturing, or related industry experience a plus
- Ability to work on-site 5x days a week
Responsibilities: - Journal entries, accruals, B/S reconciliations, etc.
- Partnering with operations
- Produce financials - monthly, quarterly, annually
- Annually planning and forecasting
- Provide help and support for budgets, forecasts and audits
- Perform standard and ad hoc analyses for management
- Production of monthly reporting
- Compile, analyze and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Work with plant personnel to track, record and reconcile daily plant performance and production
