Job description
ROLE DESCRIPTION
BA/PM duties
- Work collaboratively with Client Services, Accounting and Vendor Relations to create/maintain business rules and SOPs
- Document business processes, workflow, and user procedures
- Manage change within lines of business to implement new methods of tracking and storing client and vendor information across multiple enterprise applications
- Work closely with Development team through design, development, and test efforts to ensure quality assurance through all phases
- Develop test strategy, test cases, test plans, and lead business testers through completion
- Capture business workflows and create process diagrams
- Create and maintain training documents, as well as providing basic training
Technical Support
- Provide daily technical support to Microsoft Office, Smartsheet issues, Phaseware, Process Unity, and SQL Data Warehouse
- Ensure data updates are completed timely, accurately and follows the client/vendor business rules and SOPs
- Run simple SQL queries and troubleshoot as error/issues are reported
- Provide periodic training on business standards, processes, best practices, and upgrade benefits to applications
- Conduct investigation and research into system errors and discrepancies
- Deep working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Smartsheets
