Technical Training Specilaist
This will be a Direct Hire, Hybrid 3 days onsite in Chatsworth, and $42.34/hr
Big 3 that they are looking for:

2. Training experience; someone who has delivered learning solutions to educate the company's workforce
3. Leverage eLearning tools (Workday is a plus)
OBA Training Development and Delivery (50%)
- Utilize adult learning principles and instructional design to assess educational needs and create high-quality course materials, including but not limited to presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules to enable participants to grasp complex technical concepts, such as new software, upgrades to existing software, and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Create course materials and training for all new policies and procedures.
- Conduct technical training sessions, workshops, or webinars, using various instructional techniques to engage learners and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- Utilize an eLearning authoring tool to create technology-related training content for the Agency and employ the Learning Management System (LMS) to deploy learning offerings.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and collect feedback from learners, assess the impact of the training on performance, and make necessary adjustments to improve the training materials and delivery methods.
- Build strong relationships by communicating and collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
Learning System and Report Management (25%)
- Create and manage a technology knowledge repository in Workday LMS and coordinate inclusion into FreshService Knowledge Base of all approved technical training content.
- Perform administrative tasks such as monitoring costs, scheduling classes, setting up systems and equipment, and coordinating enrollment.
- Conduct annual audits of all technical training material to ensure current and relevant content for the CCRC Organization. Collaborate with Management for updating content timely to meet CCRC staff training needs.
Miscellaneous (20%)
- Collaborate with the CCRC departments to identify technology Power Users who can help with "train-the-trainer" opportunities.
- Participate as a project task lead in technology projects where training content and performance is required.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends, technologies, and best practices for remaining current with training trends, developments, innovations, and best practices to provide accurate and relevant training to learners.
