Highland House Restaurant Group is looking for a Prep to join our team. As a Prep, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. We have openings for both full and part-time positions in every department.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with food preparation and assembly
• Ensure ingredients are properly measured and labeled
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred
• Ability to work well in a team
• Attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions
