The Data Entry Clerks play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records of order processes and inventory, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction. If you have proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment, we would like to speak with you about potential upcoming contract and contract-to-hire positions. Responsibilities

• Enter and update data related to metal stamping orders, including part numbers, quantities, specifications, and delivery dates into our database system accurately and efficientl
• Collaborate with production and inventory teams to obtain necessary information and updates on orders and inventory levels
• Assist in generating reports and analyses based on data collected, providing insights into production efficiency, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Verify the accuracy of data before inputting it into the system, ensuring that all information is complete and error-free
• Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems to store and retrieve data and documents related to orders, ensuring easy access for reference and auditing purposes
• Support other administrative tasks and projects as needed
