Job description

Anderson Ford is looking for a team player to join our service team as a Assistant Service Advisor. We’re a family-owned business that began in Nebraska over 30 years ago. Anderson Auto Group consists of eight retail locations in Nebraska and Missouri.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF SERVICE PORTERS:

• Check in vehicles
• Assist Service Advisor Team
• Transport customers with shuttle services
• Assist with scheduling customers
• Update customers on current vehicles status

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to pay attention to detail
• Positive attitude with high energy
• Excellent customer service skills
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
