THE JOB:

We're seeking enthusiastic individuals who thrive on delivering exceptional customer service in an arcade setting. You'll be responsible for ensuring our guests are delighted with our products and services. As an arcade aficionado, you'll also assist with game operation and maintenance.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Maintain an upbeat and friendly attitude while providing product information and assisting guests with their inquiries.
• Operate and maintain arcade games, ensuring they are in proper working condition for guests to enjoy.
• Guide and entertain guests, explaining game rules, controls, and strategies.
• Keep the arcade area clean, tidy, and organized, creating an inviting atmosphere for guests to immerse themselves in the fun.
• Assist with prize selection and ensure the redemption center is well-stocked.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• High energy with a desire to succeed and win.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with guests.
• Passion for arcade gaming and knowledge of popular games and gaming trends.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment where teamwork is key.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that may include weekends and holidays.
