OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

Experience in a capital equipment manufacturing environment on an international level would be preferred. Knowledge about a technical field such as die casting or automotive would be a plus! Here are the minimum criteria:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business management OR an equivalent amount of experience
• 7+ years of experience leading and managing a sales team as well as direct sales experience
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
