The Artificial Intelligence Learning Specialist will take a pivotal role in advancing our educational offerings by providing strategic rigor and spearheading the design and implementation of AI-focused training material and curriculum. You'll leverage your technical skills, creativity, and experience to come up with new ideas that blend multimedia technologies and gamification strategies as you develop engaging, interactive learning experiences.
You know communication is key, so you'll meet with subject matter experts throughout the process to discuss learning material and incorporate feedback. To ensure your solution is hitting the mark, you'll collect and analyze results using evaluation methodologies such as the Kirkpatrick Model, then fine-tune your training for maximum impact. This is a chance to use your deep understanding of AI and learning and development methodologies to build a creative and engaging learning experience for all learners (teachers and students).

• Serve as the primary authority on artificial intelligence (AI) in education, possessing in-depth knowledge of AI technologies, methodologies, and their application to learning environments.
• Provide strategic rigor on AI as the team designs training material, performance support tools, learner-centered content and learning application experiences related to AI applications in education.
• Recommend cutting-edge multimedia technologies and strategies, including blended learning and gamification, to build a successful learning environment
• Meet with subject matter experts to discuss AI learning material and incorporate feedback
• Create and deliver live and asynchronous professional development for Stride leaders and teachers around AI technologies and applications in education.
• Build creative and engaging learning experiences for all learners.
• Assess the effectiveness of trainings, then fine-tune and present the results to stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and educational technology, incorporating emerging trends into the development of innovative and effective learning experiences.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Three (3) or more years of experience creating and delivering professional development to leaders and teachers
• Demonstrated experience with applications of AI tools and technologies in education
• Understanding of effective adult training methodologies and instructional design principles
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Highest standards of ethics and professional integrity
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• MS365 proficient
• Ability to clear required background check
Certificates and Licenses:
• None required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Master's degree in education, educational leadership, computer/data science, communications, or related field of study
• Five (5) years of related experience in talent development, educational training, instructional design, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience managing end-to-end projects involving multiple stakeholders, including planning, execution, and evaluation of training programs.
• Experience in analyzing learning needs and creating engaging, effective, and innovative learning solutions.
• Proven experience in developing PDs or training on artificial intelligence in education in various formats, such as e-learning modules, instructor-led training, videos, simulations, etc.
• Ability to research AI tools and effectively plan for trainings around their use in educational settings
• Assess training effectiveness through the Kirkpatrick Model

- Compensation & Benefits: Stride, Inc. considers a person's education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position's work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee's salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position's level and expected contribution, and the employee's benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.
- We anticipate the hourly rate range to be $40.00 to $50.00. The upper end of this range is not likely to be offered, as an individual's compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. Stride offers a robust benefits package for eligible employees that can include health benefits, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
