Location: Davis, CA (onsite)
Duration: Temp-to-hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM- 5PM
Pay rate range: $20 - 25/hour
Job duties for this position include:
The employee will be responsible for general lab support which includes media making as well as washing and sterilizing glassware. Our lab assistants perform additional tasks such as purchasing, receiving, stocking supplies, shipping and other related duties as required. We are seeking candidates who are hard workers and who understand that this is a labor-intensive role and not a research role.
Qualifications:
It is important that candidates have good people and service skills. Comfortable use of commonly used word processing, email, and spreadsheet software (mainly Microsoft tools) is required. Lab Assistants will be trained on using custom apps and databases to fulfill lab service tasks.
