The Assistant Director of Donor Relations will manage the donor-centric events and stewardship of Ithaca College donors. Oversee donor centric events to include coordinating and managing, preparing communications, and serving as the primary point of contact for program participants. Coordinate donor relations signage on campus, ensuring new signage is produced and an up-to-date inventory is maintained.

Job Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years' experience in development, alumni relations, or related field. Experience working in a college or university setting, and event management of various scales experience preferred. Ability to work independently, excellent attention to detail, self-motivated, strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills and the ability to effectively work and interact respectfully within a diverse and inclusive environment; ability to plan, develop and implement activities, programs and special events; experience maintaining and reconciling office and events budgets; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel; strong working knowledge of various word processing, spreadsheet, and database software applications are required.

Hiring Range:

$58,500 - $62,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
