Job Overview

Come join the FinTech Business Operations team as a Staff Technical Program Manager focusing on finance operations and business analytics. This role includes working with and supporting the management and leadership teams across Partner organizations. The

successful candidate will have excellent business and finance acumen, ability to pay attention to details, exceptional communication skills, can drive process improvements, strong collaborator / team player and comfortably operate in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications

Strong business and financial / accounting acumen with a minimum of 7 to 10 years of FP&A experience, BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Management is required

Capable of doing advanced-level modeling to provide complex analytic based insights.

Strong communication skills with ability to present complex analysis clearly, concisely and deliver effective results, persuasive verbal and presentation to business leaders

Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization influencing technology teams

Strong organization and time management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities with effective and impactful results

Confidence, good judgment, energy and personality to work in a challenging environment

Proven ability to build strong relationships with business partners, deliver results, and exceed expectations

Proven track record of self-motivation, independent thinking and continuous improvement

Attention to detail with high degree of accuracy on work output Energetic and inquisitive, quick learner

Advanced knowledge of Qliksense, Excel or Google Sheet for analytics purposes;

Google Doc, Google Slides, PowerPoint for presentation purposes

Prefer experiences working in the medium to large size enterprise companies

Responsibilities

Ability to summarize financial results and present the analytical findings in simple/digestible manner

Actively participate in annual planning, quarterly forecasting, monthly current estimate processes with cross functional teams and engaging business partners to deliver accurate and timely forecasts with risks & opportunities assessment

Build and maintain financial models to monitor project performance and facilitate forecast discussions

Partner directly with Technology Budget Owners & Corporate Finance Analysts to drive financial and headcount planning/management

Understand financial actuals and compare to planned spend by Technology Budget Owners

Little to no assistance required in presenting / communicating analytics and building presentations

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $162500 - 219500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
