Industrial Hygiene/EHS/Ergonomics Manager
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies, policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with safety regulations and to protect the safety and health of our personnel. You will also be responsible for identifying and assessing workplace hazards and providing guidance on safe practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement EHS/IH/Ergonomics policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations
- Monitor safety training and ensure employees comply with safety policies and regulations
- Conduct regular safety inspections and investigations to identify potential hazards
- Investigate any reported incidents and accidents, and develop corrective actions
- Manage and analyze safety data to identify trends and areas of improvement
- Coordinate emergency response procedures and drills
- Develop and implement safety programs, such as ergonomics, industrial hygiene, and air quality
- Provide safety guidance and advice to personnel regarding safety protocols
- Create safety reports and present them to management
- Keep up with the latest safety regulations and industry trends
