  2. Fluent oral Chinese, affinity, good communication, organization and coordination skills. 1. Mainly responsible for foreign personnel recruitment;
  1. Analyzed recruitment needs, screened resumes, interviewed and tracked recruitment results to ensure the rate of staff arrival;
  2. Screened and checked candidates for interview, summarized materials and arranged interview guidance, prepared daily recruitment reports, made statistical analysis and improvement of weekly and monthly staff recruitment;
  3. Other temporary work assigned by superior;
