Job description

Responsibilities

  1. 5+ years of IT service or user support related work experience.
  2. Proficiency in using office software such as word, Excel, Outlook, IBM Lotus Notes, etc.
  3. Basic working knowledge of VMware, Windows 2003/2008/2012 / IBM Lotus Notes server, File and Print services, Active Directory, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP, etc.
  4. Experience in operating servers, network devices (including firewalls, routers, switches) and backup devices.
  5. Familiarity with Windows 7, 8 and iOS operating systems. (Mac OS preferred)
  6. Must be customer-focused.
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to handle emails in English
  8. Self-motivated, results oriented, good team analysis and interpersonal skills.
  9. Conscientious, strong learner, proactive and good quality of work. Responsibilities
