Responsibilities

• Generate insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and close sales.
• Identify and connect with potential clients through various methods, such as networking, referrals, and leads provided by the agency.
• Assist clients in identifying their insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to policyholders.
• Learn from experienced insurance agents about insurance products and sales strategies.
• Participate in training and development programs to prepare for the opportunity to become a licensed insurance agent.

Requirements

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a focus on achieving goals.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Willingness to obtain the necessary licenses and certifications to become a Farmers Insurance agent.
• Commitment to upholding high ethical and professional standards.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
