Sony’s Imaging and Professional Solutions Americas group is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated intern. The 2024 Internship position will work on the Industrial Imaging team during the summer. This is an outstanding opportunity for qualified candidates looking to gain experience in the software development field. Interns accepted to the program will work directly with the Industrial Imaging team to complete specific projects.
Minimum Requirements: - Current undergraduate earning degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- Experience in Software Development and coding in general purpose programming languages (e.g., C, C++, Java, JavaScript, Python, etc.)
- Must have ability to express ideas in oral and written formats and demonstrate a high degree of flexibility in responding to changing requirements.
- Must be available for 2 months from June - August 2024

Intern may work from home, provided that they have access to a productive work environment (i.e. desk, chair, reliable Internet connection). If a candidate is near to a Sony office, then an office workspace may be arranged.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $22 to $29 per hour. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
