Responsibilities:

• Work with a smile and dress to impress.
• Fast pacing with a sense of urgency at all times.
• Welcome and greet guests warmly with a smile.
• Manage reservations and seating using OpenTable Software.
• Maintain a clean and organized host stand and lobby area.
• Advise Management of reservation needs and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure smooth guest flow and timely seating.
• Get to know our clientele and honor guest requests.
• Consistently arrive on time for all shifts.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Ability to take direction and grow from feedback.
