Your Role and Contribution: The Client Services Coordinator acts as a key link between clients and the company, fostering client satisfaction and upholding Omatochi's core values. They collaborate with the Operations Manager, providing insights and addressing client or caregiver concerns.
Job Description:
- Coordinate with care team staff and Operations Manager concerning the staffing/scheduling needs to assist in eliminating/correcting problem areas and/or improving services.
- Coordinate appropriate coverage for “call-outs” for each scheduled shift in a timely fashion and alert the care team regarding vacant slots which have not been filled for upcoming shifts.
- Coordinate with Care Managers for hiring needs and identifying gaps in coverage and recruit as appropriate.
- Inform clients and caregivers of each change in schedule.
- Update the care team each Friday at Care Conference where we are with the schedule and recruiting updates.
- Ensure caregivers are clocking in/out for shifts and including notes/tasks.
- Participate in team meetings, care plan meetings, attend training.
- Monitor Hireology and schedule interviews with qualified candidates. Update tracking system, host orientation, and build schedules for new hires.
- Answer office lines and transfer as appropriate.
- Maintain upbeat and a willingness to help attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- On call (rotation with Operations Manager
- Overtime as needed.
- Weekends as needed.
Education:
* High school or equivalent.
