Job description
Exposure to Machine Vision, industrial / factory automation applications
Familiarity to PLC
Purpose of Job: Understanding the customer requirements and visit customer site to prove the applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience with vision systems from reputed brands like cognex, keyence, Omron, Hik Vision, Vasler etc.
- Some experience in Robot vision like Fanuc, ABB, Kuka etc is an added advantage
- Some PLC Programming experience using Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc
- Expertise in their vision tools and programming.
- Knowledge about lighting for machine vision and light effects.
- Camera selection, camera adjustments, Lens selection.
- Knowledge and experience in proving various vision applications.
- Vision applications for robotics applications.
- Good documentation, presentation, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle challenging customer situations
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, and industrial automation systems.
- Must be able to travel 40%
- 3-5 years of experience required
Required Education:
Bachelors Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering
