Community Physical Therapy is a leading therapy provider in the greater Chicagoland and southern Wisconsin. We have an Immediate Opening for an OT to provide consistent home care and outpatient services in the southwest suburbs, especially at our Assisted Living and Independent Living-Bloomingdale campus.
If you are passionate about geriatric rehabilitation, this is an excellent PRN opportunity to work in the southwest suburbs within beautiful Assisted Living and Independent Living facilities. Your role will be to provide home care or Outpatient therapy services to residents right where they live. Recent home care experience with completing Open OASIS is preferred. Work days/hours are flexible but do require Monday through Friday availability during regular business hours. Weekend needs are variable. Documentation systems: Kinnser and Thera Office.
