We are on the lookout for an exceptional New Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our dynamic team to new heights! We quadrupled our monthly marketing budget and will not settle until we reach our sales targets. This is a great opportunity to be part of this new growth.
Responsibilities
- Utilize your strong closing skills to achieve sales targets
- Work with the CRM and sales team to follow up and generate leads
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team
- Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ensure a seamless and exceptional customer buying experience
Qualifications
- Must be a strong closer with a passion for delivering excellence
- Proven experience in new vehicle sales
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Results-driven with a track record of exceeding sales targets
- Proactive with an ability to create and execute effective sales strategies.
- A knack for building and maintaining client relationships
