Job description
Blue Ridge Health is currently seeking a Grant Manager to be part of our Administrative team.
This is a hybrid/remote position with time on-site expected at our Hendersonville office.

The Grant Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating efforts to secure and maintain funding sources for Blue Ridge Health (BRH). The responsibilities include:
- Provide links between program, finance, information technology, and other administrative functions so that all grant activities are smoothly implemented
- Maintain grant compliance and reporting, including outcome measurement and grant budgets
- Regularly meet with project directors to ensure program is progressing in a timely fashion
- Liaise with the funding agencies and project directors when necessary
- Reporting for all funding sources, including requesting necessary data from other BRH departments
- Developing a grants management plan
- Management of fundraising and donor information
- Assists with public relations and marketing endeavors
- Assists the Outreach Department as directed
- Assist with grant development/writing process as needed
- Performs other related job duties incidental to the work described herein
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3 years related work experience preferred
- Familiarity with federal and state grant regulations including financial and reporting requirements
- Excellent organizational skillset including attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, which are required for interacting with staff and outside personnel
- Demonstrated successful grant writing and grants management skills
- Must have valid drivers’ license
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work as a cohesive part of a professional team
- Attention to detail creating credibility through interpersonal and written communication
