Responsibilities:
- Administer bi-weekly payroll for two subsidiaries
- Own the complete travel/expense submittal process including addressing questions and assisting employees
- Calculate and process monthly commissions
- Assist with audits and other special finance projects as needed
- Handle 401k
- Handle FSA
- Great Plains data entry of Bank Transactions in 12 Banks
- Record revenue in Great Plains
- Create franchise orders and convert to invoices for inventory
- Process credit card payment for inventory invoices and royalty invoices
- Process all EFT’s, ACH’s and wires in bank (for approx. 10 a week)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Prior experience with ERP systems – ideally Great Plains
- 4+ years of experience in payroll and accounts payable
- Experience with Concur or similar travel/expense processing is required
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience processing payroll and accounts payable
- Experience with payroll platforms such as ADP, Paychex or Paycor
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
