Job description

Meseret is seeking an entry level professional to join our Tampa team. We are actively searching for individuals with exceptional communication skills to meet with potential customers and generate new business on behalf of our client. The Entry Level Customer Service Representative will provide information regarding products and services to the consumer, while delivering a five-star experience with every interaction.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Deliver presentations outlining the features of products or services
• Provide customer support, answer questions, and resolve issues to ensure brand satisfaction
• Close new accounts and build positive ongoing business relationships
• Meet with consumers to stay ahead of market trends and deliver an exceptional customer service experience
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, compliance, and best practices, in order to improve company performance

Entry Level Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• 6 months of face-to-face customer service experience
• High School Education / GED is required
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial minded
• Ability to work both independently as well as part of a team
• Proven ability to meet standards and quotas
