**Position Overview:**
As an Inside Sales Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach by establishing active relationships with Third Party Origination (TPO) clients nationwide. Your responsibility includes cultivating new business from both inactive approved clients and those not yet associated with Towne. Equipped with a comprehensive list of national prospects, you will leverage market data to drive our business forward.
**Responsibilities Overview:**
- Master the use of Towne's Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) for effective TPO client outreach and new business development.
- Contribute to the onboarding and training of new client Loan Officers and processors.
- Proactively mine data for prospect contact information, engaging in daily outreach via calls, emails, texts, and social media.
- Utilize Business Intelligence/Business Analytics for additional client insights.
- Harness marketing, CRM, and social media advertising opportunities to enhance brand visibility and promote product offerings.
- Regularly report progress on prospecting activities to Senior Leaders.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients to understand their evolving needs.
- Address complaints promptly, aiming for customer satisfaction and upholding the company's reputation.
**Experience Needed:**
- 2-3 years minimum of wholesale mortgage experience as an Account Executive.
- Existing book of business preferred but not required.
- Strong presentation skills using phone and virtual meetings.
- Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
- Familiarity with mortgage products and guidelines; ability to quickly grasp Towne's product offerings.
- Outgoing personality, excellent communication/presentation skills, and relationship-building ability.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to spend the majority of the day prospecting/cold calling.
- Ability to work harmoniously and effectively with others.
